My eating

I am doing a higher protein - lower carb diet
The lifestyle changes are going great as I do love veggies, Chicken, Tuna, All Fish and a nice steak from time to time.

Snacks include: Cottage Cheese, Apples, Issopure protein drinks

Overall, I am not watching calories! I am watching the intake and eating healthy and exercising to reach my goal.

It's Simply and Healthy!

Huzah!! Im always good for new friends :)

And its always a good idea to track your food on something like fitday.com - even if you arnt interested in calories. If stuff stops or starts then you can look back somewhere and see what changed :)
