I'm in Hazel Green....the most southwest town in Wisconsin. I actually don't have a gym membership; I'm doing it from home. The nearest gym is 20 miles from my place. I mostly do cardio on my treadmill and use dumbbells for weight training.

The Great Outdoors


today I spent my first day
out on my bike with Ms. Kim
we rode 14.39 Miles :smash: and got
some sun....

We stopped and enjoyed the day
along the way and drank some
H2o....

I am so looking forward to these
temps to continue to rise. it was nice
today, but we did not tackle the lake
Michigan ride....
