YES!! Down 2 more pounds this week! This feels amazing! I am going shopping with my mom and sis in law today, will get plenty of walking in, I am taking some trail mix, a banana, and some water with me to snack on so when we eat lunch I won't feel starved and eat everything on the menu. Don't know if I will be able to get back on here and track my food for the day but i will do it on sparkpeople.

Not going to list what I ate yesterday, it was not much but I did have a few miller lites, still stayed under calories at 1366! Had a good shopping day with my mommy! She bought me a pilates set for my birthday so I can't wait to use it.

Today is the Super Bowl...GO COLTS!!! We are having a party today...I am making chilli w/ turkey meat, nachos and chips and dips. Really going to try to be good today but I know that I will be having some beers again. Oh well the Colts and the Bears at the super bowl, got to celebrate!!!!
 
what is the superbowl? so may people have talked about it on here and i just dont get what it is lolll!
 
Pretty good game last night. We did the chicken wing thing at our house. I was good, even though I wanted to pig out!

ok, back on track with this thing!! I did pilates last night using the exercise ball and 2lb hand weights and man am I sore today. Going to do WATP dvd tonight.

Getting back on track, over did the calories with the hot chocolate but after shoveling snow I needed it to warm up! Got in a 1 mile workout, did about 20 minutes of pilates and shoveled snow this evening.
 
I've started offering to shovel the snow at my house (provided it's not overly heavy and knee deep). My husband usually does it, because have a REALLY old snow blower and he's the only one who can get it to work. LOL. But if it's not an insane amount of snow, I'll go out and shovel. Gives me about an hour of good exercise and I can really feel it in my abs.

I wish my husband did the shoveling! He is not one for being outdoors, it is either to hot or cold for him but me on the other hand I love to be outdoors. We got about 5 inches of snow yesterday so I had to shovel the front driveway for the kids and parents dropping off and picking up. Layne helped also ( just so he could make a big pile and built a fort). Went out with the kids earlier and shoveled a little more.

Hi there, have you find out your caloric range? I'm just a newb but I was surprised to see mine is 1550 (extreme loss) - 1650 to lose. The other day I freaked because my calories were 1800 but I've been told that even 1900 is good. I'm learning that each day is different. Dariqueen helped me with mine, she'll surely help you with yours, too.

Still feeling sick so instead of having turkey burgers and mixed veggies for dinner I ordered pizza, just did not feel like cooking supper! ....I am still going to make myself do some pilates. And then going to put the boys to bed, get a shower, and then lay in bed and watch survivor (Love reality tv!) Weight today was 183lbs, gained 2 lbs back :( now I am sick and I am going to try to eat right and still get some kind of exercise.

Don't worry about the h2o...I LOVE water, I drink at least 8-10 glasses a day!! That is why I don't worry about listing how much I drink....Have A Good Day!!
 
Feeling better today, atleast as far as my throat hurting, still have a runny nose. I am going to do the watp 2mile in a few minutes and then do pilates this evening. Have a birthday party to go to for one of my sons friends Saturday, going bowl so that should be fun. I can't wait to see my 2 year old try to bowl! LOL....
 
LOL! We have a birthday party to go to in March, and they will be bowling too. My son will probably be like a weapon in the lane. Should be interesting.
