So it has been a while...
I finally cracked 180 - I was at 179.2 for three days straight and i was told that i could call it - so I did
FINALLY
I have been making gains in every area and I have started running again. I am getting some really great advice and have gotten myself up to running for 30 mins at 5.6 or 2.8 miles. I am a hair shy of a 5k in under 30. Come on 10 minute mile!!!
I am getting really good support and as you all know, that is crucial to succeeding in this thing.
Squats up to 125, deads up to 115/120 depending on the day.
All in all - gains across the board
