Hajni's Diary: I will do it because I can

So back at this full force. Had very nice weather which helped today. i went to the park and had fun, walked/jogged about 55 min, not sure how many miles I am guessing 4.

Food is right on track, I am still using the calorie counter website I used to use before, it has all my saved info.

Breakfast: Vitamuffin, pear
snack : apple
lunch: L.C frozen food ( i need to go shopping)
snack: plain yogurt
dinner : ? still thinking about it.

Had lots of water during the day. So far so good!!

Doing good!!

Instead of the walk, last night hubby and i went to play tennis for about an hour.
Today I already had my walk done, 4 miles.
Food is right on track, 1200 calories both days.
peeked at the scale, 148.4 this morning, happy about that.

Weigh-in day.
Have a lot of water weight but still good: 148.4.
Loss of 1.8 lbs since last week, happy with that.

Keeping on track with exercise and food.

I think I might need to step up my exercise a bit. I moved every day last week but with a lot less intensity than I used to.
Yesterday I took DD to the park and made her walk like over 2 miles but since she is 4.5 yrs old, it wasn't anywhere close to an exercise quality walk.
Tonight I might do my jog after work.

food is ok, haven't cheated since last Monday. My brother is coming in 48 days, and i need to lose at least 8 lbs till then. Comes to a little over 1 lb/week loss, I really need to be able to do that!

Tried on one of my capris from last summer. Good news is : it comes up on me, bad news is : i look like a stuffed turkey.
I think I was close to 142 lbs when I bought it. So I am using it as a guide!!

Today's food : WW bagel with FF cream cheese, small banana
apple
tofu loaf with small salad (no dressing)
plain yogurt
dinner?? need to figure it out.

After walking in the park last night I wanted to do something different today. So I decided on a bikeride!! The park near my house has hills and provides a good work-out. Long story short, the hills I had no problems making last year took me off my bike this time around.
I only biked an hour and I am totally exhausted. My legs will be killing me tomorrow for sure.

Right on track with food, 1200 cals both days. Saw good number on scale today also, keep me motivated....

Come on May 26th, I will be 142 lbs at least

Back to it once again.

here I am again, after a miscarriage and 10 lbs extra.

Started watching the calories and working out...

Current weight is 154.6 as of this morning.

Weight is 151.8 lbs this morning.
I am doing great, weigh-in day for me is tomorrow. Started from 159.6 two weeks ago, if everything goes well I lost 8 lbs in two weeks. I am not anticipating keeping that up, a lot of it is due to stress.
If I can just lose about 1.5-2 lbs /week I will be ok.
Went back to the exercise routine once again. I jogged 3 miles last night.
Keeping track with calories, that's easy. It is too hot to even desire to eat, I just drink lot and eat a lot of cold fruits.

ETA: new minigoal: 142 by July 31st when we are going camping.

Weigh in day : 152 lbs. That's ok as I have some water weight.

Lost 7.6 lbs within the last two weeks. It gave a good boost to keep on going.

Now I have to step up my exercise routine. Going to the park this afternoon to walk 3-4 miles (jog a little too). I am looking forward to it.
Keeping track on food and MIL commented today that I am getting skinnier again.

So I am shooting for 150 by next Thursday and soon i should be in the 140's again. WHOOO

Hardly lost anything in the past two weeks. I needed to step up the pace by exercising more than I have been.

So now I am exercising 5-6 times a week, alternating between elliptical, treadmill, jog in the park or playing tennis with hubby.

Today's weight was 150.00. Hoping it will be about 149.5 by Thursday which is my weigh-in day.

going camping at the end of July and I would like to be close to 146 by then.
We'll see.

Success!!
Weigh in day today.

149.2!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy, happy happy!!

Last night I went on the treadmill, instead of running I put the incline at 12% and tried to walk with 3.3mi/hr speed on it. I finished my 3 miles in under an hr.
Food is right on track.
Not much more to go!! 7 lbs left to get rid of, I am thinking another 5 weeks tops.
