Update on Thursday

I am even a little more down lbs wise this morning, but official weigh in is tomorrow and I always drop another 0.4-0.6 lbs overnight for that... LOL
I am positive about reaching 140 but I think it will be a little slower going.. since I have never been there.
I couldn't update my day last night as our internet service was down, so I am going to copy it here.
Breakfast: 1 cranberry-orange muffin (150), 1 wasa bread (30), 1 tsp honey (35), 2 tbs jelly (20), 1 ff yogurt (60) 1 coffee (50) , = 345
Snack: 3/4 c. homemade chunky apple sauce (100), 4 tbs whip cream (30) =130
Lunch: L.C. Spinach Mushroom Pizza (310), 3 c. lettuce, radish, tomatoes, peppers (50), 1 jello (10) = 370
Snack: 100 cal popcorn (100), 1 diet hot chocolate (25) = 125
Dinner: 1 c. asparagus (30), 1 veggie burger (80), ½ red pepper (25), seasonings, 1 pita bread (60), 2 tbs ff nayonaise (20) 1 c cantaloupe (55) = 270
Dessert:
1 ww ice cream (110) = 110

Total calories for the day : 1350

Exercise.:. 27 min walk on treadmill (175 cal burn), 25 min elliptical (250 cal burn), 25 min bootcamp (250 cal burn) = 675 total
 
oh, I forgot to add to yesterday. Car got fixed, DH came and picked me up from work, I was changing into my work-out clothes in a car and I got to the gym at 5.29pm (boot camp is at 5.30), so i made it!! After that I hopped on the new elliptical, the owner just bought , OMG that thing totally kicked my butt!!! :eek::eek: I was dying on there. burned a whole bunch of calories in a short amount of time.
Tonight I will do my turbo jam and some running. already did some walking/jogging this morning...
gotta go and put together my food for the week...
 
It would be great to join the christmas challenge but since I am so close to my goal, I am not sure i would be helping my team..and it would not be fair.

Thanks Bell. Looking at the challenge thread for Christmas I like the idea of first 3 weeks is everybody just do their own and whoever stays will be included in teams from week 3 on. In that case I will join!!! After the first 3 weeks I can re-evaluate based on where I am weight-wise and such!!
I would love to be done-done by Thanksgiving as I will be extremely busy after that at work and home as well.
We'll see.
 
Ok, so I worked up the courage and took some pictures again. I am not as brave to post in the before and after yet, maybe after I am all done.
So the first one is the picture taken from today, at 148.
The second is my journey. The highest after my daughter was born, about 205 on that picture. Then halfway about 166 on the second and the third is from today.
I really like what I see regardless what the scale says.
It is an awesome motivation to put it together like this, I really did come a long way!!!

way to ROCK that eliptical :eek: I may hop on mine for 10 minutes or so before doing my stationary bike to give me an exra boost and maybe get used to using it again,last time it killed me and I only did it for 15 minutes :rotflmao:..Hope you have a nice weekend Tammy

Last day of work for this week, I couldn't wait for it to be over...
Food is good, exercise has to be still done tonight..if i can talk myself into it. After i got home I baked a cocoa-applesauce cake, substituted the sugar for stevia and made it out to be like 90 cal per slice!! It freezes well, so I will be putting it into the freezer tonight and it them as dessert until they last, I bet these would be good with ff whip cream on top!!
Breakfast: 2 vitatops muffins (200), 2 tbs jelly (20), 1 c. ff milk (90) 1 coffee (50) = 360
Snack: 1 rice cake (50) , 1 ff vanilla yogurt(60) = 110
Lunch: Healthy choice vegetable soup (160), 2 ww bread (80), 1 slice swiss cheese (60), 1 jello pudding (60) =360
Snack:
3 tbs Newmans Own salsa (37), Toasted pita chips (60) = 97
Dinner: Banana stuffed acorn squash: ½ acorn squash (86), 1 banana (110), sweetener, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla extract. 1 Quorn chicken cutlet (80), 1 c. ff milk (90) =366
Dessert: Cinnamon-Apple pita pocket : ½ Joseph’s pita (30), ½ jello ff caramel pudding (30), ¼ of small apple (20) = 80 + 1 cocoa applesauce cake (80) = 160

Total calories for the day : 1453

Exercise.:. walk/jog in the morning for like 35 min, burning 200 cals, 40 min turbo jam (330 cal burn) running (220 cal burn) = 750 total

Wow all that yummy food for such low cals!! I love your long lasting
attitude it rocks and motivates!I wouldn';t mind joining the xmas callange
since all the preasure will not be riding on me lol and I have 30-40 more lbs to go still grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.But I am going to do it.

Hey Hajni, sorry I haven't been around much. You know all about how i haven't been feeling motivated and stuff just from our talks on messenger. Its time now that I know for sure I'm not expecting another little one to really kick butt and get this last week to really rock. I just hope my weigh in tomorrow morning doesn't suck since I haven't worked out at all except on day unless you count walking around the mall with my mil and alex which is a lot considering my mil and i don't really get along much but I am working on that since dh and i are staying together and making our marriage work. Both of us have to learn how to make adjustments when it comes to each others families.. lol although dh's adjustment is going to be a little harder then mine since he actually with be living with my mom so i'm sure that will be a little weird but still be great having him home with us as a family again and i can't wait. Right now we haven't heard much about it although then the fact that he should be home before veteran's day if not for sure by thanksgiving. Anyways, i think like everyone else has said that you would be a great asset to the chirstmas challenge in pushing everyone and encouraging us all to continue to go. I know you sure have helped me out a lot. Hope you have a great weekend and i'll talk to you on Monday on messenger if you can't get on during the weekend.

Thanks for all who visited. I will be on later today, but for now quickly my weigh-in: 147.4 this morning, I saw smaller number during the week, but today it is. Loss of 1 lb. I guess if this is going to be a trend from now on, I will have to join a Christmas challenge!! LOL
Anyway it is a loss at least I did not hit a plateau or something.

Saturday

Woke up feeling grumpy, and it did not improve much all throughout the day. I have days like this there is no explanation I am just cranky.
so we went to the train station and waited for a train for my daughter to see who developed some crush on trains lately.:) Also went some light grocery shopping (how is that when we go light grocery shopping, we leave with like 6 full of paperbags??? :eek:) Baked oatmeal cookies for DH the full fat kinds with a zillion calories in one cookie and got an inspiration to make myself a healthy one with reduced calories. WEll, I won't be posting that recipe it is only a hair better than eating sand but I have now like 7 cookies 82 cal/cookie that I have to somehow eat in the near future.
Ok, so DH is going out tonight with the boys so I decided to get a small workout in later and re-organize my recipe books which is now a big mess. I keep printing recipes from online and there are loose papers everywhere in my kitchen.
I did not eat my morning snack until 2pm and eat lunch at 2.30 so I missed my afternoon snack and just went on to eat dinner. Got to take an hour nap today so I am ok energy-wise right now..

Breakfast: 2 Kashi waffles (170), 1 kiwi (45), 4 tbs ff whip cream (30), 1 coffee (50), 1 ff yogurt (60) = 355
Snack: 1 ww orange sherbet = 110
Lunch: 1 joseph’s lavish bread (100), 1 Quorn Chicken (80), 2 c. steamed asparagus (60) , seasoning, 2 tbs ff nayonaise (20) = 260
Snack: nothing
Dinner: 1 pita (60), 1 c. cottage cheese (160), 1 apple cubed (100) , 2 tbs wheat germ (25)= 345
Dessert: 1 ww new york syle cheese cake (150)

Total calories for the day : 1220 (little lower than expected because skipping my snack in the afternoon)

Exercise.:. just couldn't get into the groove tonight. Only did a little bit of running ,burning 200 cals.

I am hoping it will FLYYYYY and maybe 160's be slow.I am going to keep doing what I am doing I just get so discouraged when a week don't go right I will be happy losing 1-2 lbs a week but I hope it's everyweek!!!

Ok, my mood improved today!! Food was good and I had to break up exercise into two sessions I was just really tired for the first one, then I took a nap so I have a little more energy.
The scale is like 1.5 lbs up today!!! I know it is because I am getting close to O and my body struggles and holds on to water for a couple of days.
I was cooking like crazy today, family is well provided for the week. I made some blueberry muffins too myself, came out better than last time but still not what I would like them to be.

Breakfast: 1 veggie bacon (30), 1 c. egg beaters (120) ½ red pepper (25), 1 cranberry-orange muffin (150) ,1 coffee (50) 1 cocoa-applesauce cake slice (86), = 461
Snack: ½ ww bagel (75), 1 tbs ff creamcheese (17) 1 tbs sgf jelly (10) = 102
Lunch: Creamy TVP bowl: ½ c. textured vegetable protein (160), 1 ff yogurt (60), 1 apple (100), sweetener and cinnamon to taste.. awesome protein!!! =320
Snack: 1 c. frozen fruit (70), 1 c. ff milk (90), = 160
Dinner: 1 ww English muffin (100), 1 tbs p.butter (100), 1 tbs sgf jelly (10) =220
Dessert: 1 ww wildberry sherbet (120) =120

Total calories for the day : 1383

Exercise: 26 min boot camp and 28 min running (475 cal burn), later: 20 min turbo jam and some running to make it to 225 cal burn = 700 total
