Saturday food and exercise schedule
Ok, my food journal is below, I am planning to do some exercise later. I took a nice 2 hr nap this afternoon, rare occassions!!! So now I am all energized, doing laundry, cooking, cleaning dishes, picking up the house, re-organizing my daughter's room etc. DH has boy's night out today so I am going to use the free time to get my exercise in, take a nice shower, curl up on the couch with a book... OOOOH what a relaxing evening, I can't wait.
Breakfast: 2 frozen waffles (160), 6 tbs ff whip cream (45), 1/3 c. fruit salad (25), ¼ c. fruit trail mix (200) coffee (50) = 480
Snack: 1 apple (80), 1 Special K snack bar (90) = 170
Lunch: 2 ww bread (70), 1 tbs p.butter (90), 1 tbs jelly (10) 1 peach (70)= 240
Snack : 1 serving of wheatables (130), 25 grapes (40) = 170
Dinner: 1 mango (135), 1 c. ff milk (90) , ½ c, frozen strawberries (25) , = 250 BOY THIS WAS SO DELICIOUS AND FILLING
Dessert: none
Total calories for the day : 1310
Exercise.: none yet. Planning to get some running in later when my daughter goes to sleep
UPDATE:: I had so much energy, I just went from one thing to another : 20 min running, 20 min turbo jam, 13 min boot-camp, 15 min more running, burning over 600 cal.
