what a day!

before breakfast: 1 cup of cranwater and 1 tsp of physillium powder (fiber), 1 cup of hot water with lemon. 1 banana cupcake (small)

breakfast: 2 egg omelette
lunch: protein shake
I went to my aunts house today and when I go there my eating is out of control; today was no exception :mad: i get so frustrated that I have such low self control ...
i had chicken leg, 1 chicken nugget, some rice, 2 capri sun, some banana bread, more chicken, 3 pieces of sourpatch kids candy, 2 cups of apple juice, 2 cups of water. THis was over a 5-6 hour stay.

exercise: I went swimming twice today, and i should have done more with all that i ate. The first time I went swimming for 1 hour and i did 30 laps and treaded water for about 6 minutes and then weights underwater (i am so sore). 2nd time I went for about 30 minutes and treaded water with weights in hand, that is SO hard to do.

Tomorrow I need to go out for a walk because although I like pilates and swimming, it doesnt feel like a work out. sure i feel sore the next couple days but its nothing like a good walk/run. I guess its because I don't hate it...lol. I love pilates because it focuses on my lower abs which are hidden beneath layers of fat and I'm glad that I am working on them.

I have a short term goal. My 2nd cousin, aunt,whatever is having her quincinera ( a special 15th birthday party celebrated in Mexican families) and we are invited. Although I don't really want to see my family in San Francisco, my mom is forcing me to go. I guess its the least I could do since I rarely see them anyways. But I digress, we are supposed to be up there for August 5th. That gives me a little more than a month to lose 2 dress sizes so I can look good, or better for the party.

okay i must call my parents, they should have been home by now.. :eek:

cranwater is 4oz of pure, unsweetened cranberry juice with 28oz of water (good for cleaning your liver) and physillium powder is fiber. :)
 
I agree! You're doing great and staying motivated! How does the cranwater taste? Does it taste good, or is it something you're just drinking to help? I'm sure if you stay on track like this, you'll look great for the Quincinera.
