pffft terrible night last night, but feeling a bit better now. Hopefully this stubborn cold is finally leaving me now.
 
Still 193.6 today, but that's OK.
I was kind of fearing I would be up in the high 190's again, so staying at the same weight is pretty good for this week.
Now working towards the 180's :)
 
Ran 19 km's on Saturday and 12 km's yesterday. Legs feeling bit tired afterwards.
Was really tired today after work, but got myself to do an Insanity work out.
Glad I did, feeling a lot more energetic now.
 
Sometimes I don't know if it's going to be better or worse when I don't feel great and press on. It's so nice when it helps.
 
Did a very enjoyable trail-run on saturday, and an interval run today.
Still a long run to do on Friday, and then I'm off for a 3 day music festival.
Lots of bad foods and drinks there, so that's gonna be interesting.
 
Totals for April:
Ran 141.94 km
842 pull-ups
2087 push-ups
Not as many pull-ups and push-ups as in March, but still some nice numbers.
Ran the most in a month yet
didn't ride my bike (apart for my daily commute and getting around town on my two other bikes (well those Dutchies love their bikes, eh?), my "serious work-out bike" needs an overhaul.
Don't really have the cashflow atm for that now (unless I get my tax refund, so hurry up already government :| ).

Still 192,8.
Would be OK if I was on maintenance but I'm not.
Oh well, I'll just keep pounding, this wall I hit will come down eventually.
