Glad you had a good bike ride :D I've been using the bike at the gym and I'm pretty sure I'm no longer capable of having children--It hurts like hell!

I feel ya on the beer--I've cut down massively on my drinking but still love to have a few at any given social occasion!
 
Another weekend, another beertrap :)
Tonight boys night out, gonna be so much fun.

So if I'm not here sunday, don't send a searchparty yet, I'll probably be hung over and procrastinating :D

Though I plan to go running tomorrow...
 
already been out running, and I kicked some butt today. I might have been running on the alcohol fumes of yesterday :)

I still visit the loo every hour, but I have managed to tidy and hoover. "Just" have to fix lots of fruits and veggies and some meat later. Bought the bread will only bake the gluten free one.
Aim to do at least yoga tonight and hopefully pilates.

Just discovered that I ran a PB on my run this morning, 4 seconds of my previous best on 5 km's :smash:

Just signed up for a running race in two weeks time, It's a relay race over the full marathon distance (a so-called Ekiden). Signed up for the penultimate leg of 5 k's.
Good thing about this is, I know no-one of my teammates, they're all from a dutch forum. So i guess I'll be making some new friends then :)

I'm allready nervous for that race :)
 
That's really awesome! Love the idea of meeting new faces and making new friends. I've been thinking of doing some get together things in my area to do just that. :)
 
another morning out running, started out way to fast so the back end of the run I was struggling to maintain a decent pace. Wanted to walk it out the so many times, but I wouldn't let me. Just kept thinking: "keep going, build character"...

I can definitely feel my legs now...
 
Blegh, don't wanna work out this afternoon. I'm just now deciding to "reward" myself for getting up so early to run or am I gonna man up and get my ass off the couch?

Lack of motivation probably stems from the fact that my current workoutprogram is in the last week, it's getting old...
 
Well my body made that decision for me, I fell asleep on the couch.
Guess turning a double day into a single workout day is nothing to be ashamed about.

Not being a complete slouch I did some housecleaning after my powernap, which was needed too. Cleaning took a little bit of a backseat during all that training and social events :D
