ooh I think be tomorrow my hips should be good enough for Tae Bo again. Only tomorrow will be too late. I did not do good the past few days so we will see how much I've lost, if any, damn I prob gained!

You have done sooooooo super good with water and exercise. I hope you get to your running goal. That will be neat.

Even if I dont make this 5# loss tomorrow I will still cont on my journey to getting healthier.... I know its a never ending one. But I WILL get there!
