Alright Group THREE!!! I just wanted to check in! I just weighed in and I am at 143.6!!! So I am ready to lose it baby!!! I just wanted to come on here and make a vow to my group that when I am at work today I will stay away from the sweets, the greasy stuff..etc... I promise myself that everyday, but it never works. So you guys holding me accountable is really important to me. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE IN GROUP 3!! ZHey we should think of a team name-better than group 3. I gotta rush but I will be thinking. And thinking of my teammates. SEE YA!!!!

He is coming back for the weekend, and we want to celebrate his new job. Isn't that awful, let's celebrate with food. I thought well maybe we could go to the movies... but then I would want a huge tub of buttery popcorn...
YOu know, I just realized that if I actually lost 5 pounds in this run, that I would be 138.6 lbs. I haven't been that since, what?? the 3rd Grade??!! That would be so great. I remember hitting the 50's thinking omigod. And the 40's was like a dream come true. The 30's is really hard for me to get a grasp on. It's like, I never thought I would/could get this far. I know I have to believe in myself or else I'll never make it. I just can't believe how much I have accomplished with my weight this year. It's like if I can do this then I can do anything!!!! Because there just can't be too many things harder than losing weight. Like fighting cancer, losing a loved one...those are definately things I don't want to have to go through. But losing all this weight is for sure something I never want to have to go through again either man.
Has anybody noticed that there has only been 3 of us that have weighed in today?? Isn't the sooner everyone weighs in the better??? Where are ALI and CRIMINALTACTIC??? Come on girls-we're counting on you!!!!!!
Yippy!! Ali's here!! OK, I know we are all pumped. And I have decided( starting today) to do my WW Plan strict to a T. My BF might be taking the computer Sunday night, but I am trying to get him to get our other one back for me. If he does take it, I'll let you know if I won't be around as often. GOOD LUCK TODAY!!

How is everyone doing? I think weekends are the worst! I didn't do my shakes yesterday. Didn't eat til 3, when I had a ham salad sandwich. Had chinese for dinner. Went shopping, so did a lot of walking. Well....also had some carnal exercise (twice heheheh) does that count????

My BF is taking computer so I will have to go over to my Ma's when I want to check in. So probably only once a day. Maybe once every couple days. I will still be trying my best and cheering everyone on. This is a great motivation.
Today I had cereal for breakfast, and then two turkey sandwhiches on SaraLee bread. Oh, and a dessert from SmartOnes. For Supper, I had cooked ham, sweet potatoes, and broccoli. Tonight I will probably still have another SmartOnes Dessert. That is about 20-22 points?? Not sure what sweet potatoes count as.
Tomorrow at work I have to cook Liver and Onions! YUCK!
