at one point, the scale didn't move for me for like 3 weeks...i was freakin' out! then all of a sudden it dropped 3 lbs. so don't worry, you'll get passed your 'plateau'.

happy easter! i hope you have a good weekend and have a safe trip! pack some snacks so you don't have the urge to eat anything bad!
 
Gotta love those humongous pimples that show up smack in the middle of your face. My problem is i always think its WAY worse than it is... and i tell people not to look at it... then they notice it AFTER i point it out... and then its awkward lol

Okay, this weekend was bad bad bad for me! :(

Friday (not so bad):
Breakfast: 1/3 cup oatmeal
Lunch: Chipotle Bowl
Snack: 1/3 cup oatmeal
Dinner: 6 veggie chicken nuggets w/ 1 tablespoon ranch
Total: 1020 calories

Saturday (I started off good, but failed):
Breakfast: sliced banana and blueberries in skim milk and 1/2 small muffin
Lunch: 1 slice cheese pizza
3pm mess up: 2 slices cheese pizza. 2 pieces of nephews birthday cake!
Dinner: 2 PB+Js on hot dog buns, and about 20 corn chips with a small amount of guacamole and a can of mountain dew! ICK! I can't believe I did that!
Total: 2300 calories
Exercise: 100 push up program, week 1. And 10 minutes on exercise bike.

Sunday:
Breakfast: 5 egg whites, 1 banana in skim milk
Lunch: Small boca burger and a little bit of potato casserole that probably killed my entire day.
Snack: 2 mini Easter chocolates and a small slice of chocolate cake
Dinner: 1/3 cup spaghetti (I had to go light, it was a LATE dinner)
Total: 1400 (not as bad as I thought)
Exercise: 100 push up program, week 1


Okay, so I'm totally not going to let a bad weekend phase me! I got up this morning for my weigh-in! I was down .3 pounds! This is my lowest weight TO DATE! I am so excited! I hope this means I will be losing again!

Usually I spend about 2 hours at the gym on Monday nights. Tonight my husband's band is playing a show so straight after work we have to head down to the bar for load-in. I'm gonna be good and dance my little butt off and NO ALCOHOL!

Yay! I feel good about this week! I hit my lowest weight since March 21st, so I feel good about it!
 
Hey Kimmy! Just stopped by to see your progress.... looks good so far! Just thought I would let you know that if you want to tighten up your body (because you are already thin) lift, lift, lift, weights! The more muscle you have the more calories you will burn and you will drop body percent faster, which I see is your goal. Don't worry about your relationship with your husband. He loves you for you and that could be his angst with your "obsessive" relationship with your wieght. I have the same problem. Guys have a different opinion on body wieght and calories. My husband is the same way.

Right now I'm doing the 100 push up challenge and I'm going to start the 200 sit-up challenge this week! I've mostly been working with just my body weight as of right now. I LOVE THE STABILITY BALL!

I hope this is enough to give me what I want. I feel sore on all of my off days! Soreness is good!

I've been doing good, but having Easter candy is the house is sabotaging my diet! I had a boca burger with lettuce and 1/4 avocado on a WW (high fiber and protein) bun!

I caught my husband reaching for a snickers bar while I was cleaning up and tried to ignore it because I love snickers. Then he puts it in my face to have a bite. I went to take a tiny bite and he told me I have to FINISH THE SNICKERS BAR because he wasn't going to eat it.

I wanted to throw it in the trash, because I do not need the extra calories, but of course, I felt bad and ate it. Only 75 calories, but still...seems like a waste to me.

I want to be thin!
 
First off....what the hell is wrong with me?! I think I'm doing good and eating lots...

I get hungry at 11 at night and fight it.

When I add my food up, this is what I get:

Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal with blueberries and 1 teaspoon sugar and an egg white
Lunch: Boca Burger on WW bun with Avocado and an egg white
Snack: 1 navel orange, 20 grapes.
Dinner: Broccoli + Cheese Steamers + Boca patty
Total: 1020 calories

ARE YOU SERIOUS?! WHY CAN'T I EAT ENOUGH??
It certainly seemed like a lot. I was struggling to eat the last few bites of my dinner, I was soooo full.

Anyways, I don't get it...the rest of my day...

3.5 liters of water. No exercise aside from hauling a little equipment. I've got a horrible runny nose. I think it's allergies. It makes me sad.
 
Okay, I'm going to try to eat enough food today. I just have a hard time eating junky food in order to try to "get enough calories". It seems stupid to me.

Any advice is good.

Tuesday
Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 teaspoon sugar and blueberries
Lunch: Boca Burger on WW bun. Miracle Whip, Ketchup, Avocado, Mustard and Lettuce. I also had 2 egg whites.
Snack: Navel Orange

This puts me at 680 so far today. That means I need to eat 600 calories more. I need to write this down or I will eat a 300 calorie dinner and be "starving" myself still (even though I'm not hungry...this shit makes no sense...I know too much)

Maybe I'll go pig out at Chipotle or something. I'm tired.
 
i wish i had the problem of not getting enough calories!! i need to cut out my noodles/rice at dinner, i think...then maybe i'll get some results.
 
Hey Kim, just popping by to see how you are going! I worry that im not eating enough too even when full. Whats a boca burger and miracle whip. Are doing a low carb sort of diet. I think i eat way too much carbs. Good luck for another great day tomorrow!

Boca burger just a vegetarian burger patty. It's supposed to substitute ground beef, but tastes nothing like it.

Miracle Whip is a mayonnaise substitute, it has only 13 calories per tablespoon instead of 80!

I'm not doing a low-carb diet at all....In fact, about 70% of my diet is carbs. I find it's impossible for me to do anything below 50% carbs.

I'm doing okay! Last night I ate a big dinner and a snack after work. I ended up with 1700 calories for the day, but I didn't go too overboard and I'm happy with it. I had mac and cheese as my snack and burritos for dinner. It's my favorite dinner so I didn't want to deprive myself too much.

I've been so disappointed because I'm "not seeing any weight loss". I don't know what's wrong with me. I pulled this up and need to post it so I keep myself from going crazy.

I've been awful about going to the gym lately. The last time I went was for my shadow boxing class on Thursday! Geez. Excuses excuses, I know. I was out of town until Monday. Monday night my husbands band played a show and we REALLY needed to focus on our taxes last night. I still could have gone to the gym though.

I'm still doing to 100 push up program. Yesterday I did 66 push-ups! I'm going to start the sit-ups program today.

It should be okay to do those on alternate days, or should I do them on the same day? Or will it really not make a difference. I know they say you shouldn't weight train two days in a row....blah...information overload again.
 
I'm having a bad day at work. It's been a busy day and we're hiring to replace the co-worker I share an office with.

Not to mention, it's snowing like CRAZY. Blizzard style. What the hell happened to spring? So sad about it. I want to wear my new shorts and sandals.

I just finished my 2nd liter of water. I've been peeing too much all day. I can't even make it home from work in my car without DYING to go to the bathroom. It's awful. I hope there's nothing wrong with me. I don't think so, I just pee a lot. Sorry TMI.

Eating pretty good today.

Breakfast: Oatmeal and Blueberries with a little sugar.
Lunch: Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup (I've finally been able to cut the massive amounts of crackers that I used to eat with soup).

I don't know what I'm doing for dinner yet. My hubby is sick, so maybe soup again...

I've got TURBO KICKBOXING tonight :) I'm excited. Gotta pee.

get some more protein into your diet, and some more fiber, it helps you feel full longer, also more protein will up that calorie number a lil bit as well

I tryyyy!! I try so hard!! I actually get about 30 grams of fiber per day, which seems pretty high...not sure how good it is though.

I struggle struggle struggle with protein! Everything I eat has more carbs than protein...except for eggs. I'm vegetarian. I don't know HOW to get more protein without getting tons more carbs (which is already so so high).

Yesterday:
239 grams carbs
74 grams protein (which is a REALLY GOOD day for me)
34 grams fat

Yesterday was not an average day for me though, I ate about 600 calories more than I normally do.

On an average day (1000 calorie day), my numbers are closer to this
125 carbs
57 protein
26 fat

I can only eat SO MANY egg whites a day! lol

I only barely started, as well! I just go to the classes at my gym. Last wednesday was my first class and today will be my second.'

Everyone else is sooo much more advanced than me, and I find myself lost more often than not, but it gets my heart rate up, and it's fun! I hope to be good like them soon!

I've been doing good! I got to 1200 calories yesterday, too!

Wednesday Food.
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Blueberries and Sugar and 2 egg whites
Lunch: Grilled Cheese on WW bread with Tomato Soup
Dinner: Boca Burger on WW bun w/ miracle whip, ketchup, mustard and lettuce. 1 egg white and Broccoli and Cheese steamers
Snack after gym: Hot Chocolate with the last of my skim milk and water.
Total: 1200 calories

Protein: 68 grams
Fat: 27 grams
Carbs: 186 grams
Fiber: 27 grams

Workout: 1 hour Turbo Kick Boxing, Aprox 400 calories.

I weighed in at 119.5 this morning! Down .4 pounds from yesterday!
