I have decided that one day I want to make it my business to be accepted and actually run the Boston Marathon. The link to the story below made me want to do it even more. This story is incredible and I wish all of us had this same determination in life. Please watch the video clip cause you can't get the fullness of it if you don't.
If you are at work you may want to look at this at home cause my eyes were welling with tears by the end. Let me know what you all think!
Without the haning flab over the top of them. I look like an over filled muffin!![]()
Monday Cardio

Wednesday Cardio
Thursday light cardio w/weights
Friday Cardio
Saturday Yoga
My eating is basically
no refined flour, sugar etc.
no fried foods
only 100% whole grains pasta/bread/rice etc.
I am having my protiens early in the day and veggies with complex carbs at night
Lots of fresh fruits and veggies
Tons and tons and tons of water
Today I ate:
M1- 1 egg 1 peice of sausage (pork. Next time it will be turkey!)
M2- bowl of beef & veggie stew
M3- 1/2 of south beach peanut butter bar
M4- larg honey crisp apple
M5- unknown will update tomorrow after I have made it through the day.
I feel really good about my plan no I just have to stick with it. Right now I weigh in at 203. Not too bad cause I was up more than that.
"I am having my protiens early in the day and veggies with complex carbs at night"... What is your reasoning behind this? I've heard it should be opposite...carbs in the early day (in order to burn them off) and protein at night...I've also heard in recent times that some say it doesn't matter when you eat carbs...
(You are doing just amazing dear!)
