Got 2 Win!!!!!

today I didn't go to the gym I over slept so this is what I did.

45min Yoga
3 sets (15) pushups
100 crunches (diff positions)

Meals Today I am so hungry I could eat a whole in something!
M1 large honeycrisp apple
M2 large salad w/baby greens/mushrooms/grape tomatoes/grilled chx pieces/cucumbers
I dipped my fork in the dressing so that I would over do it
M3 organic salsa and chips
M4 1/2 south beach bar
M5 1/2 large apple
EDIT M6 RedLobster Salad 1tbsp ranch/about 4 spoonfuls of pasta shrimp primavera and the bad thing was 3 biscuits and ¼ of the chocolate wave cake
48oz of water before I left work

Now I will say why I am proud of me. For not eating all of the pasta and all of the cake and all of the biscuits. So I feel great plus my day was well and I didn’t go to sleep right afterwards so here’s to me!!




Don't know about dinner yet so I will post tomorrow.

Today feeling good I have started my day the way a day should start. Its roughly 20 degrees outside and I still made it to the gym. I went to the gym this morning I did the elliptical for 31mins and I did 2.80 miles then I did my 100 crunches and my 15 situps. I will do the rest before lunch.

My eating
M1 1honey crisp apple
M1 1 shot of grapefruit juice.

Well I have been okay just on the rollercoaster of eating and time. I have no time it seems to eat right. I just get discouraged and start screwing up again! I have been working out at least. This week I have run and I made it in to do weights this morning. I just need to get on track and stay on track. I think I am pms'n so that takes my mind to another very special place. Plus I had sweets and now I feel like I am on a downward spiral. (how dramatic is that!)

Anywho I am still working out I just have to get this food thing together. It seems like one moment I will be gung-ho then I slip off and there goes my good eating! I am going to start fresh my next meal I won't wait till tomorrow either. I will start now.
 
Well today I feel better than yesterday. I am a little more motivated. I notice when I am having just life issues it completely screws up my eating program. But I refuse to let it affect my workouts!

Today I jogged/1.30mil and did eliptical for about 10mins. I also did my 100 crunches along with 30 reg push-ups and 15 wall push-ups. So I am thoroughly sore.

Today I ate
m1: 2 boiled eggs 2 celery sticks
m2: cup of coffee
m3: 1/4 unfried spring roll
m4: bowl of meatless chili
m5: 1/2 jimmy johns sandwich
m6: other half of jj's sandwich
I have drank a total of 72 ounces of water today and its only 4:45pm. I am sure I will drink at least another 16oz before the day is out.

I may also have a snack later but I am trying to eat earlier so that I don't go to bed on food!
 
Well I'm doing good today. I just don't have the guts to change my ticker to match my weight but I did change my measurements. I have lost some inches which is always better than pounds! I would rather look good than weigh a light amount. So my increase didn't bother me today as I have lost something. Now if both were high then I would be worried! I have gotten bigger in some areas but that may be because of the weight training. I figure I get a little bigger before I get smaller. This has me looking forward to next week!

I wonder if those little mini workouts help too! I have been working out every chance I get especially since we no longer watch TV. I have tons of extra time so when I am sitting or playing with my kids I will do some quick crunches every now and again.

Yes me too. For me I start thinking that the food will make me feel sooo much better! Yeah right. :rolleyes:

I am so proud of you that you are sticking to the exercise. I think sometimes we gain a little and then lose a lot if we don't get discouraged...just my experience.

Thanks for stopping by. I was wondering where you were. I hadn't seen you in a bit! I hope that's the case for me. The funny thing is I am loosing inches but not pounds! Now I would be lieing if I said that that was good enough for me:rolleyes:

Well I feel okay today. My eating this weekend was well uhmm let say interesting it included pumpkin muffins, chocolate chip cookies, and poppycock to say the least.

Sooo and I my Ant is in town! So I am bloated!! and I want rocky road ice cream. Now I can count on 1 hand how many times I have wanted that like none! Anyway I didn't work out yet today cause well I was tired but I will be doing some Yoga tonight. Saturday I did some fitness yoga and boy I am still sore but it was so much fun! I want to buy a yoga mat I am really getting into this. I learn a new move everytime I go. I will be working out tomorrow at 5:45am so heres to the day end and tomorrow.

Oh and if it counts I did at least 100 situps and 45 pushups everyday this weekend not including today.
