I tried taking benefiber for a time, but I didn't see any real benefit for the calories. A bowl of oatmeal, a bag of popcorn, an apple, a potato cooked in the skin...those all provide lots of fiber and taste good too. If I'm going to consume calories, I want flavor too.
Those fiber one bars and cereals are supposed to provide a healthy dose of fiber for the calories, but i'm not much of a cold cereal/granola bar kinda gal. You might be....
I'm not. haha
At the risk of sounding ignorant, what are some more high-fiber foods?
Yeah, I'm not seeing much result either... maybe I don't know what results I'm looking for...

Hi Lilly....Sorry, I wasn't gone on purpose or neglect this time. Just got out of the hospital yesterday, I was sick
Much better now, or at least I'm getting there. I haven't gained or lost anything which is okay, I haven't been doing much in the hospital. Wow, you're at 194 now!!! Awesome!!! I'm so proud of you!! Keep up the good work! :yay:

I know! I was like, holy crap when I saw that on the scale this morning!

I got a 99, 100, and a 99 on my papers in class today!!
