So true Bell, So true!! We all struggle and have to try and work hard to lose weight, if we didn't then would this website really exists??
Sweetheart, I wake up every day wondering why I'm not thinner, what I didn't do right the week before, and how I can change my workouts or my eating to make it better this week. I'm wondering about the wrong things, I need to start fixing my inner self, my attitude, my well being FIRST off. Eating badly is usually a product of our mind and surroundings, when we are stressed or frustrated or unhappy we tend to reach for food or other substances that are unhealthy for us. When we are to busy, and swamped with life and small things, we tend to try and talk ourselves out of exercise. So what I'm trying to say is, work on your inner self, work on making yourself happy and make things more better for your inner body, and the rest will follow.
It does take time, I was just posting something earlier in my diary about time and patience. We all want the rush NOW, we all want to be fixed today, but with life and growing, it's time and it's SLOW and it's WORK. But, your doing such a great job taking care of your family and working really hard to make sure your son is growing up good, and your H is taking care of, that I think sometimes "you" are being neglected. What I'm trying to say is "Try and Leave some good time for you each day"
I'm so sorry the Bally's thing didn't work out, but not every work out facility is made for every type of person. I loved the YMCA too when I went I always felt welcomed, and I love my gym too, it's all good. But, I too ran into facilities I thought were nothing but a bunch of super tiny people, or meat heads, then I wondered why they were there. You have to do what feels right and good for "you" something will work for you, just don't give up on looking. Plus, you do so good on your walking, I know that works well for you. I'm going to try my best to come up with some solutions for you that might fit your budget and time, I have to do a little research, but I'll do my best, I want to help, I want to come up with something that will keep you happy and positive and that fits your lifestyle. You so deserve the best, and I know your going to do this, I know you ARE going to lose this weight, If I have to come to TX and take you out somewhere myself.
