Hey there
I'm Brittany, and this is the first post where you'll find my starting information.
First of all my measurements.
*Note to self---update on page 3.
Bust: 47"
Waist: 47"
Hips: 49"
SWeight: 270 lbs
Height: 5'4"
Age: 19
My life style changes include calorie counting AND plenty of exercising.
I am currently having real hormonal problems that the doctor is trying to get worked out to help my weight loss. I am also taking medication for a low thyroid at the moment, but I'm confident the doctor has given me the right dosage.
My exercise plan right now is a lot of walking, however many of you will be surprised to know that I do try to walk atleast an hour a day when I'm not calorie counting, so I haven't been sitting on my ass for the past while, my main problem is my eating habbits ( sleeping habbits too )
.
I suffer from a milk addiction, but am trying to cut back to 500ml-750ml per day ( I drink many many more glasses than that). I'm also trying to cut back my consumption of carbs (which isn't my personal goal, but something my doctor commanded).
My milk addiction currently has been lightened up with the replacement of no calorie soda, but I'm trying to get off of that stuff because I don't want my bones to snap when I get older
.
Water currently makes me gag, but I'm determined to drink more of it anyways.
That should be all for my introduction!
Oh! Also I do use FitDay to help me keep track.
