and get some new prospective on things.WoooooHOOOO!! I know.....I LOVE VACATIONS....and the CRUISE was great....still been in an EXERCISE slump.....but eating well......Glad to see you're back girl. It's been quiet without you here. lol How was the cruise?? I know a cruise would be dangerous territory for me. Buffet's? Forget about it. I would come back 10 lbs heavier and that's just from a 4 day cruise. That's why we're going camping. We can lose weight on vacation as oppossed to gaining it.

HELLO! Just thought I would pop in and introduce myself and learn a little about you since you joined the Vegas challenge! It's gonna be a blast!![]()
This week has started off kind of rocky. I have to go grocery shopping otherwise I go for easy which is not the best option for me @ this point. Easy means fast food and we all know there is nothing good for you about fast food.
I need to keep having "good weeks" instead of having one good week and one bad week. I need to clear my head and really start picturing what I want to look like. Mind over matter. Right now all I see is a long road ahead of me.
I think my vacation will help with that so now I really can't wait to get out of hereand get some new prospective on things.
AMEN TO THAT!I know with the support of the people that love me I can do anything. I just have to remember to love myself too.
Thanks girl and you're right. I really do need to sit down and write why I want to lose weight and a real plan on how I'm going to do it. I need to make a list for a lot of things for this point in my life because so much of it goes hand in hand. I need to stop making excuses as to why I'm not getting up in the morning to exercise and just do it. I'm a little overwhelmed by things but I need to take control of the things I really can.
