God I Need Help

Good job girlie!! Keep on moving and shaking. I'm so proud of all of us. Finally after years of talking about losing weight we are finally doing it! There is no going back to our "old" selves...

Isn't that the truth. No going back ever. When I get all this weight off I have to change my lifestyle and do more activities that will keep it off.
 
Great job working out this morning. You and Mel should live together, you could be workout buddies. I can't drag myself out of bed that early.

Girl maybe we should all just live together. We all have points that one person is stronger than the other on and that could save our butts.
 
I was up @ 5:40 this morning and I went for my walk. I actually did some running too but only for about a quarter mile each time. This was the first time in months that I've done any running. I have a loooonnnngggg way to go. I had two points left over last night so I did pretty good there. Tomorrow is the big weigh-in:ack2: Wish me luck, and good luck to my girls.
 
Good luck today! I'm getting ready to go in at 10:30. Missed the 9am.

Way to go on the running. Some days seem easier than others for me with the running. Little by little, we will get stronger and stronger.

Vacation, here we come!!!
 
Thanks for the support girls. When I went into weigh in yesterday I was down another 2 lbs. WHOOHOO.

So now my main focus is to step up the exercise and keep switching everything up so my body doesn't get used to a certain thing so I don't hit a plateau. I can't hit one before vacation. If I keep up this momentum I can lose 14 more by the time we leave for out trip (wherever that may be).

It is so nice to finally be motivated to get this off. For so long I really didn't try very hard but now that I'm losing, I want more and I'm willing to work to get it off.

It's a slow process but worth every minute of it esspecially when you see results.

Thanks girl. Right back at ya sista. Can you believe we are finally doing and we're doing it big!!!(or in this case small) This summer is going to be rockin.I'm glad we're doing it all together. Now I just have to get myself in better physical condition so we can do more activities together.

Amen to that girl. This will open up a lot of doors for us and I'm really looking forward to that. I'm really excited about my clothes being lose on me but I'm not ready to buy a new wardrobe yet. Thirty more lbs to go and then it's on.

Yes Roo-tie I agree. You and Mirn need to get into better physical condition so we can run around and play this summer. (Same goes to me) You are both off to a good start but you both can afford to push yourself a little harder. Diet is a majority of the battle but gaining some muscle will only help us lose weight even faster.

You both should sign up for the Wharf to Wharf or the Jungle Run in July w/me. Wharf to Wharf is 6 miles and Jungle Run is 13.1. You decide!! Let's step up the exercise and work towards something!

Today I got up and went for a walk/jog but yesterday I was a lazy bum. Today I really need to watch my points since I think I went over by 3 or4 yesterday. I need to save my extra points so I can blow my wad on Mother's Day.

Good luck to all of you who struggle like I do everyday. We CAN do this.

I'll do the wharf to wharf with ya. Start out small then work my way up. lol I'm definately feeling better though but I need to get a move on things. Right now I just want to go back to bed and sleep for a few days. haha j/k Talk to you soon. xoxo

Great job working out this morning girl! I am too tired in the mornings, so I've resigned to working out later in the day, when I do.

I her Mel saying we can step it up. I hear that, but I also feel like I'm run down from 14 weeks of cutting my calories. Lord help those of us who struggle every day. Beating up one pound at a time. We're on a roll girl, and there aint no stopping us.

Doors are going to be flying open, manifesto!!
 
I blew it today. I was tossing and turning last night and didn't fall asleep until almost one in the morning so I didn't get up and workout at all plus I ater pretty bad yesterday so I have step it up more for the rest of the week so I can be down at ww Saturday:doh:

I blew it yesterday too. We are going to have to be good today. Started out my day with a Lollipop and next thing you know I was eating the house down. OMG, I think I went over by 6 points. 100 calorie snack packs were flying! I drank not one, but three diet sodas. I need to get a grip today. I might be up this week, :ack2:!

Hahahah!!! A ONE PIECE it IS then!!! ;) And SO YOU KNOW too, ME NEITHER :( I am not NEAR a BIKINI either and the ONE PIECE even sounds and LOOKS horribly FAR!~!
