I wouldn't go so far as to say you ate nothing but crap for 2 days. We did eat some fresh fruit and veggies too. I am sure the BBQ Saturday night, and the homecooked lunch were far healthier than the fast food we used to eat on the weekends. It was the chips and sweets that did us in. Yikes!! Well, that is the past, no looking back. Today is a new day.
It's Monday, a whole new week. We'll do great this week!!! We can do it!
