Ok so this is my first time here and I'm excited to be starting a new chapter in my life. My best friend and her twin sister are the reason why I'm here. We all decided to run our very first marathon together in October and being here will give me something to be accountable for. If evereyone can see my progress (or lack there of) maybe I will work just a little harder. I would like to be able to run most of the marathon without stopping, lose 25 to 40lbs, lose 2 to 3 dress sizes, and most of all, feel great!! Here's how I plan to acheive those goals:
1- calorie intake of 1200-1500 per day
2-cut out more sugar in my diet
3- jog at least 1.5 - 2 miles per day while increasing daily
4- keep hydrated
5- eat more fruit, veggi's, and fiber
6- go to the gym for weight training
If anyone has suggestions I would love to hear from you. To my two girls,

(a little later than I had hoped for) and went to the gym for about 45 minute. I warmed up on the cross trainer for 15 minutes then moved to the tred mill and was on there for a mile and a half, one of which I ran. I had shredded wheat and coffee for breakfast and salad for lunch and now something tasty for dinner. For dessert I'll have a low calorie ice cream bar (cuz it's hot out there). Let's see how that works out for the day. Till tomorrow every one have a great night!
It looks like im going to have to keep an eye on you girls …
. Great exercise but I'm not sure if it was enough to burn all those extra calories from all the cocktails and food I had
. This morning we all went for a nice long walk up a monster of a hill. I couldn't jog today but I feel good about what I was able to do.
