Goal: To lose 20 lbs in 10 weeks

I get cramps a lot WLF & especially in my right calf muscle. I'm going to see a doctor soon about it & maybe get some physio. I think the driving probably does it for you & maybe combined with dehydration. I take 2000mg of Magnesium each day.

Yah I got the right calf muscle thing again last month for third time this year, but I wasnt driving. I think just bad diet for sure and pumped the bananas up.

Been a long ride and happy to say got to 215 the other day.

My diet has been ok but stopped exercising due to constant injury.

Im not time-consumed about it and realized Ill get under 200 in time. So far this year Ive lost 34 pounds. I have one more month to see what a full year of loss looks like.

My goal now is to get under 200 when I get under 200 but in 2017!

The weather is really bad and I havent even been walking but one day very soon Ill be back to great diet and exercise and get to the dream weight.

Happy New Year to you, too WLF. Not being time-consumed about getting to your goal weight is smart thinking. You are much more likely to keep it off that way. Keep on keeping on. Here's to a good year for all of us xo Cate
