Goal: To lose 20 lbs in 10 weeks

Been a few weeks!

I have been able to maintain the positivity all this time which is a miracle. I was able to pay off a debt that has been over my head for 18 months and it feels soooo good. I can now put that money into my business which has opened up a few doors. I can now activate a few partnerships to a higher level. The rest of August and September will be interesting for sure as have quite a few events Im doing biz at and also may be hosting my own by the end of Sept.

As for weight Im stuck at 225. I went crazy man working my cash job which decreased my exercise, but ate ok. It could of been a lot worse as I avoided fast food, but I tend to binge at times and have gone over my cheat days.

Im back on track taking today off and will be taking more time off to balance in the next few weeks, but next Friday have HUGE event so will be busy but all good as its very positive and festive environment.

I do see my body getting leaner but have a long way to go as the numbers dont lie and at 225 Im 35 pounds over my fighting weight and the clock is ticking and if I keep doing well with biz Im going to be photographed quite a lot and as of now my only positive is I can control my image as most of my work is online and I can dodge other peoples cameras until I decide to live stream again.
 
Sounds like life is pretty good for you WLF. It's great that you have maintained your positivity. Well done. You'll get down to that "fighting weight" for sure.
 
Thanks! Always happy to get to Monday as have more time for myself for a bit. Going to review my diet and exercise tomorrow and get back hitting it hard as my body is screaming to get thinner just need to work at it!
 
Im 8 weeks into my challenge. I havent weighted myself in a few weeks and not going to right now. Im 100% getting in better shape as can tell visually. I havent been working out at all for two weeks (but not lazy working hard in life all the time) and eating not so good but my body just wants to lose the weight. Im hoping to get back on track tomorrow, but Im so busy with things now and cant slow down as Im having huge business gains and looks as will get better every day unless I derail myself. But I know important the exercise and diet is so getting on it again and hope to get down to 220 soon enough so I can take a leap into the 200 and teens and finally one day to under 200!
 
Yah Im on a mission alright :)!

So it been like ten weeks and the tale of the tape is....

7 pounds lost! Down to 222 and I feel really good. I have a long way to go but my foundation is set. My face fat and obliques are noticeably reduced ithe past week and its really motivating to see results.

My good luck ran all summer and ended last week with a few rough days, but I was able to deal with the crash a lot better than usual and got back on the horse and have recovered and going strong again.

After around week 6 my exercise was cut down a lot and resorted mostly to walking the last few weeks but even that has been limited due to a frisky blister. My body still wanted to get slimmer and just keep going down even when lazy and eating bad so all the hard work from the first 5 weeks paid off. Im ready to double down and hit it hard the next weeks and will keep documenting here. Im resting today and tomorrow going to hit it hard and take it one step at a time and get out of the 220s and into the 210s!!

Here is a story to help you not be drawn there. my friend works for a major meat processing company and he told me that Taco
Bell buys their absolute lowest quality meat. I mean the nasty stuff. That stopped me from going there

Yah that may stop me from going there for sure. Im already at the point where fast food of any type is kinda gross and just the thought of that, bleh!!!
 
Well done WLF! Sticking with it when times are hard is what gets you to your goal.

Thanks La Maria, for sure have to get through the hard times and that is why the whole weight loss thing is so hard as we all have some sort of hard times :). Im glad Ive been able to minimize them of lately, but always on the look-out as roadblocks can pop out of nowhere.
 
OMG last night I was sleeping and was woken by massive calf cramp that felt like I got shot and now Im injured! This happened once last year and took me out for like 5 days. Its not from exercising as I havent been doing much but walking last few weeks. Do u think its dehydration? So weird? who gets injured in their sleep?
 
I woke up with a dislocated jaw last year... Were you very dehydrated? Normal "not quite drinking enough" doesn´t cause cramps. Do you get calf cramps often while awake?
 
wow, sorry to hear that!

I may have been a bit dehydrated as was really active yesterday on very little sleep. I had one cramp like this before but that is it. I do drive ALOT, like 150 miles a day so maybe just to much with my pedal foot?
