95 pounds over the summer is not a healthy goal. I'd venture to say that you're setting yourself up for failure.
Yes, people on the Biggest Loser do this - and that's why I freakin' HATE that show. Because it sets up the most impossible expectations in people. The contestants on the show do NOTHING but focus on their weight. They workout 5-6 hours a day. They eat food prepared by a nutritionist. They dont' go to work, go to school, care for kids, or lead anything like a NORMAL life while they're at the "camp" where the show is held.
Also the contestants have said in interviews that they do insane, unhealthy things to prepare for their weighins. They fast, flush with water, eat diuretic foods, and do things that aren't healthy so they can meet their numbers.
Unless you plan to give up your day to day life and do exactly what they're doing, then you're not going to achieve a 95 lb weight loss in a few months.
