22. Write your current weight. Have you lost anything in the past week? If not, what are your plans for this week?

265 today, which is down by 2lb. I'm happy about that. I've been up and down since the beginning of March, but I'm continuing to make good choices more than bad. I'm hoping this back pain goes away soon so I can get on the treadmill. I already feel 10x better than yesterday, so I may try today.
 
Nothing new with life, just plugging onward with work and trying to eat better. I'm looking forward to the next challenge for the forum, it keeps me motivated.

23. How much water do you usually drink in a day?

Not nearly enough. Probably 1000ml maximum. It's probably why I get headaches.

24. Have you ever had an eating disorder?

For a blink in a lifetime, yes. A couple years ago I started eating late at night, and then purging. I snapped out of it quick. I thought it would be a quick fix, but it's horrible and I don't want to put myself through that. I'd rather put in the hard work and be proud of myself for it.
 
My one and literally only friend came by my work yesterday with her friend. They decided to kidnap me and do my makeup and hair, which I never really do. It was fun :). I definitely like the eye-liner. I updated my avatar but will post the images as well for any curious lookers.





Been so bad, but, I see a few other people have also had a rough week! I think we've got the winter blues, but spring is almost here! The snow is almost all gone and the weather is getting so nice.

The homemade treadmill desk is great, used it for 4 hours the other day. My plan is to use it again tomorrow. I'm going to talk myself into a "no excuse" mode from now on. There's no excuse not to exercise, and there's no excuse to go eat bad food. We'll see how that works.

My store is "officially" closed tomorrow...I'll have to see what will happen when I get in there. A little stressed about it, but, hopefully things transition quickly and I can relax.

25. Today you will try a new smoothie. Find a new healthy recipe online and mix & match fruits and veggies and enjoy! But it must be totally new and adventurous!

Well, I don't usually have smoothies, so I guess it WILL be new and adventurous! I'll give this a guy and try to make something tasty with my raspberries and strawberries :).
 
I'm gonna catch up on journals later today. The night before last I was on the treadmill for four hours, felt great, and I wasn't too sore the next day. I had to pack up the store for 6 hours, then I had a social meeting, and then I was so tired that I went to bed early. TOM came earlier than usual, but I'd rather knock it out now than wait on it haha. Will try to get on the treadmill tonight. Back down to where I was before! Time to get out of the 260s!

Yeah, they do. I broadcast it all over facebook haha. Everyone supports me, they want to see me get to my goal. My weight has been an issue for as long as I can remember, so I'm glad that the people in my life support that. My boyfriend has especially been supportive. He still wants to take me out to eat, but now he's more aware of my problems with food.

My mom was very happy when I lost weight before, and she was sad to see me gain it. She's supportive, but we don't talk as much as we used to. I think that I want to surprise her this time, because she has also seen me struggle with my weight, and my emotions, and I want to show her that I'm bettering myself. My brother is the best, he lost weight, inspired me, and he helped try to fix my treadmill. He's always asking me how much I've walked and how it's going. He's great :).

I like to snack on fruit, 100 calorie bags of chips, and cereal bars. I snack throughout the day so for me snacks are important. I always make sure the calories are low :).

I was supposed to do this yesterday, so last Thursday I was 265.0, now I'm 263.4, so I've lost 1.6lb. I've been sticking to my proper food, and getting on the treadmill. Hoping to keep at it :).

30. Are you a vegan or a vegetarian?

I'm neither, I like to eat meat and I don't think that I could ever change that. I know that it can help to lose weight, and that it's supposed to be healthier, but without my chicken at night I think I'd have a problem eating supper :(.
 
4lb away from 259, I'm so excited to get there!

31. What are your favorite workout clothes you own?

I usually don't wear tank tops, but I have this pink exercise top that I like to wear when I work out. It feels nice and since I exercise at home I don't have to worry about anyone seeing my flabby arms haha. I also like to wear tight black shorts, I have a few pairs.

32. Try a new fruit today. Learn how to cut/eat it and enjoy! How was it?

I'll try this tomorrow, as it's late tonight.
 
Hey lady, just got caught up on your diary. You're doing really well! Be proud of yourself. We all have funks, I'm still in mine, so the fact that you've gotten through yours is great. Keep on going with it. I looked at the pics you posted of yourself and have to say that you're a beautiful girl. I hope you realize that. :)

I kind of took a hiatus, work was crazy, and stressful. Thankfully my weight hasn't skyrocketed. I'm at my 20lb loss now. Pretty happy about that, even if it isn't happening at the rate I'd like it to.

My friend, and her friend, have invited me to work out with them. My friend is somewhat my build but only 218, she has a hard time keeping the weight down. Her friend is tiny, like 5'0" and as thin as a stick, but she loves to exercise and eat healthy, so we're hoping to get healthy together.

We're going to the gym tomorrow evening, so, I'll see how it goes. Anything is better than nothing. I signed up for Run or Dye in July, so I'm really wanting to at least be able to job most of it.

So that's about it. Still trudging on and trying to get fit! I'll see if I can check on diaries later :).
