Went to my appointment downtown. Had to resist the urge to go to Burger King. We got home and I was torn, so I went to the bathroom, weighed myself, stared at my chart, took off my clothing, and convinced myself it isn't worth it. I would have to get dressed lol. It helps to make it harder to go out. I also will force myself into my workout clothing because it's easier to do it once I'm changed. Either way, I made a good choice, even if I would be at my calorie goal...the sodium would be bad and I promised myself I wouldn't eat any fast food.
I plan on having a nap and then going to TOPS before dinner. Hoping for a good loss!
7. What is your least favorite healthy food?
Tough...I don't really know. I mean, I hate beats, I think they're gross...I think if I had to choose a healthy food I don't like, but I do eat on occasion, it would be chia seeds. It's good for you, and it's easy to use, but it can cause stomach trouble that I don't care for. So, I'll say chia seeds

Had a -7.5 loss, so I'm pretty sure I was retaining water last week. Happy about that!
