Hey GrEAT JOB Madman!!!! That is amazing that you are down this morning! I keep hearing about everyone talking about this P90x thing.....really makes me wanna see what it's all about!?!?! You sound like you are on an amazing track there! I have no worries that you will look amazing for your wedding, and CONGRATSI am pretty pumped today!!! I went to the gym and I am down another few pounds.....And the funny thing is I thought I was going to be at around the same weight considering I was not eating as well as I was before. Plus I have not done P90X in like 10 days....
I will say for anyone trying to loose weight, you here it time and time again. Diet is the number one way to loose weight....I mean I haven’t been eating really bad that past few days, but still nothing extremely healthy, and I have only been doing about 30 min of cardio at lunch......
.....Jz, has a great point, I think that now since this past week of logging my meals into a system that counts them, I have controlled my eating a bit more, and I actually feel slimmer this morning too! Gotta say,....it's really the best way of staying accountable for EACH AND EVERY move of your day.....with no lies to oneself, if you know what I mean?!?! Cause it's so easy to get frustrated at the end of the week, and think damn, I didn't lose, but then when we REALLY look back at our actions that week, who do we have to blame, except ourselves right?!?!!.................
