give me some tips plz

hi im 15 yrs old and i work out for about 6 months now (mass building)i workout 3 days a week.i'm 5'11 and i weight 135lbs i do 8-10 reps per set. My problem is with arms and abs they are small compared to my other muscles well i can't rly see my abs cuz of the fat covering it :(. i'd say my chest is the biggest  and i rly want to have big arms and shoulders and have a six pack. i dont eat alot maybe 3 meals a day but i drink whey protein shakes mixed with milk everyday. I want to know how can i lose fat from my stomach and how many days a week should i work out my arms ? (in 1 week i workout my arms only 1 day but on 2nd week 2 days) thnx for any tips :) and sry for my english its my second language.

You have to make up your mind between mass building (bulking) and losing fat, it's very hard to do them both at the same time. When bulking eat everything you can get your hands on and do your heavy lifting routine. When losing fat, eat less, but more quality foods that are high in protein and low in fat, and do loads of exercise, cardio especially.

At the moment it seems like you're on a fat loss diet, but bulking routine and that's why you're not seeing any changes.

As for which to do first, i'd suggest that you lose the fat, as this will show your abs and more muscle definition in your arms. I say this, because at 15 you're a bit young to do any heavy lifting, as your body hasn't finished developing and growing its-self. I'd suggest any lifting you do whould be body-weight exercises too, like push-ups, pull-ups, dips etc.

wouldn't be better if bulk first then lose some fat cuz if i lose fat first then start bulking the abs will dissapear again :(.

damn man..im about 5'11, 15 years old, I go three days a week, have been goin for about 5 or 6 months, drink the protein shake, my chest is prolly the biggest part of me too, and I have the same problem with my abs lol. Um...doing pullups added so much size to my shoulders and back that I have stretchmarks  ....and (im not an expert but its worked for me) maybe like on your curls or whenever you work your triceps just do heavier weight and not as many reps..like on the curling bench (if thats the true title) I do 85 pounds 5x4....and I work out my arms all three days that I go...just dont to the exact same thing everyday...and when you do pullups..try moving your arms outward as much as you can (makes it harder..I think lol)..there are some pics of me under the thread under bodybuilding (page 11) if you wanted to compare....have you posted any pics yet? (hope any this helps)

If you're cutting, then obviously you're on caloric restrictions. It's better to do higher volume with heavier weight and lower reps. You might try a 6X4 setup.
