hi im 15 yrs old and i work out for about 6 months now (mass building)i workout 3 days a week.i'm 5'11 and i weight 135lbs i do 8-10 reps per set. My problem is with arms and abs they are small compared to my other muscles well i can't rly see my abs cuz of the fat covering it
. i'd say my chest is the biggest
and i rly want to have big arms and shoulders and have a six pack. i dont eat alot maybe 3 meals a day but i drink whey protein shakes mixed with milk everyday. I want to know how can i lose fat from my stomach and how many days a week should i work out my arms ? (in 1 week i workout my arms only 1 day but on 2nd week 2 days) thnx for any tips
