Getting Ready for Summer - No carb

There's really nothing to say to people who think the ECA stack is harmful in proper doses to healthy hearted individuals. Obviously if this isn't for you, don't do it. Fact is it's a well known supplement that, in double blind studies, DOES work exceptionally well with minimal side effects. If you're afraid of pills then perhaps you shouldn't take them. It's improper use that got ephedra the rap it has.

Agreed. It's the people who don't know how to follow instructions who F'ed it all up for everyone else.

Used appropriately, it's a very viable supplement.
 
I've been taking the combination of the ephedrine and caffeine for 5 or 6 days now. It might just be in my head, but it does seem to be helping with my energy level and appetite. I guess time will tell, but I'm going to continue it for now.
 
Day 15. I've been hitting the gym at least every other day, and have been taking the EC stack steadily 2-3 doses per day (always under or on dosage, never over). No carb has been going well, and I feel great. I can see results, feel results, and record results.

Weigh in this morning: 233. I'm getting stronger, losing fat, and looking better every day. May post first progress pic soon.
