Just a quick update before i drown myself in weekend madness:
It took my three days to drop the stomach bug, then I got an actual horrible cold. I cannot even tell you how much soup ive eaten...... and then i cant even tell you how much bread ive eaten.
and i havent been to the gym all week!
Yesterday at work, I ate fine, had wheat toast and blueberries, turkey sammy... even four or five m&ms... then had 2 tacos later in the evening.
outcome?
I AM SOOOOOOOOOOO BLOATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i feel like there is NO WAY im going to get down to a 4 by august. I need to move my goal month or something... maybe to October!

I dont think Ive been this bloated in months!! ok, so i understand its all the sodium from the crap ive been eating, especially the soup, but COME ON. this is really bloated!!
anyway, so I have a bunch of girlfriends coming into town today and staying until sunday... i dont think it means a free pig out, but i know right now my eating wont be frequent. Im sure there will be nice brunches and dinners with lots of drinks, but i wont be eating my grapes and cheese and turkey and the simple stuff.
also, im making them all work out with me, but still.... it will be a lot less moderate this weekend.
i will be back on sunday eve or monday to start posting workouts and meals.
