tofu fries :puke:

no time for snack

Hey girlfriend! Good job with the 2 miles!!! That is something i had been working myself up to lately and am doing pretty well at it myself... it feels awesome once you finish that second mile doesnt it?!?!?! :)

Hangin there girl! I know things are tight right now.... but it will get better!!!!!

thank u! so strange, last night at the gym, I was able to lift as much as I did on Saturday, but couldnt run for the life of me. i was panting and huffing and could hardly breathe... i know its stuffy in my gym sometimes but i really couldnt do it all the way through... booo

thanks!! well, i've always been able to run 2 miles, even up to 4 miles sometimes... i used to run 5ks all the time, but usually at a speed of 5.5 or something a step beyond crawling :p

but lately (not last night... but lately :p) i have been able to run at 6.5 or 7.5 or something that would have been considered a sprint for me

if i was able to run last night, then maybe i would still have a positive attitude today! TODAY i want to go home and crawl into bed with a bag of doritoes :willy_nilly:

this morning's breakfast looks FANTASTIC!! I am in need of grocery shopping once again. Boy, this new "lifestyle" change sure has me buying food often, I just go through it. It's much better than not eating! ;)

i have a stomach bug or something... i've been nauseous for two days now... havent eaten anything but crackers, gingerale and a couple bites of bread...

Just a quick update before i drown myself in weekend madness:

It took my three days to drop the stomach bug, then I got an actual horrible cold. I cannot even tell you how much soup ive eaten...... and then i cant even tell you how much bread ive eaten.

and i havent been to the gym all week!

Yesterday at work, I ate fine, had wheat toast and blueberries, turkey sammy... even four or five m&ms... then had 2 tacos later in the evening.

outcome?

I AM SOOOOOOOOOOO BLOATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :ack2: i feel like there is NO WAY im going to get down to a 4 by august. I need to move my goal month or something... maybe to October! :cry: i dunno..... my body is so stubborn sometimes

I dont think Ive been this bloated in months!! ok, so i understand its all the sodium from the crap ive been eating, especially the soup, but COME ON. this is really bloated!!

anyway, so I have a bunch of girlfriends coming into town today and staying until sunday... i dont think it means a free pig out, but i know right now my eating wont be frequent. Im sure there will be nice brunches and dinners with lots of drinks, but i wont be eating my grapes and cheese and turkey and the simple stuff.

also, im making them all work out with me, but still.... it will be a lot less moderate this weekend.

i will be back on sunday eve or monday to start posting workouts and meals. :seeya:
 
hey i hear you on that! Its prolly from all the soup you have been eating... SOOO much salt... but you needed that due to being so sick.. you are gonna be ok though... drink a TON of water and get it out of your system!!! :)

i am soooooooooooooooooooo sick :cry:

last week i was sick, then i recovered, then my friends all came into town and this weekend i was so abnormally exhausted. it was a good time, didnt eat or drink too bad, but i couldnt sleep properly and didnt feel right. my body was aching all weekend. they left on monday morning. The MINUTE they left, my body just gave out and now i have this horrible cold... yesterday had a horrible fever and didnt go to work, today i had to go into work late and am totally living on meds, soup and tea. :(

this blows.

plus my monthly visitor is late, so if i thought i was bloated before, im bloated more than ever.

have i mentioned this blows?

I will be back Monday 7/13, hopefully recovered, to start reposting meals and workouts. I havent been to the gym in almost two weeks... and all diets are off as I am literally living off of chicken noodle soup and OJ.

I will be back. Til then, good luck to all... I look forward to seeing everyones progress when I am feeling better.

I'm back... sort of... still not 100% better, but getting there. I started to eat properly again yesterday, and hopefully will be back at the gym this weekend. We'll see what happens.

ps- i really really REALLY suggest you do measurements of yourself... TOTALLY worth it girl... TOTALLY.
