"off day" - supposed to be an "on" day - but no freakin time today!!!
900am - breakfast
4 oz fight/light blueberry yogurt
1 bottle water
1200pm - lunch
calamari and shrimp
ton of steamed veggies
1 L water
300pm - snack
couple of peanuts
1 bottle water
630pm - snack
couple bites of wheat bread
couple sips of water
no time for din-din for me
100am - bed
