Here's my food and exercise report for the day:
Breakfast: Packet of apples and cinnamon oatmeal with 1% milk and blueberries, 1 cup of green tea (150 cals)
Lunch: 2 small slices of Round table pineapple and Canadian bacon (left overs from monday) (umm 450 cals?)
Dinner: Small serving of Costco orange chicken (frozen dinner) zatarans spicy rice, 1 piece of melon, and 1 cup of 1% milk
Exercise: Walked for an hour and a half to my local library and back to check out some books, I've been bored lately, I need a good book to read.
I know I could have done without the 2 slices of pizza at lunch, but a friend of my dads was over here at the house helping my dad put up a new cabinet in our living room, and I wanted something quick because I don't like making food when there's people over working and there not eating to, I also don't like eating food when there's people over here working either because I don't like to eat when nobody else is, but I was hungry so the pizza was nice and quick. Sorry excuse I know, I should have had some soup or something

I really really hope I do ok at Tomorrow's weigh in, next week I will definitely improve on some food choices, I'll be at my aunts house for about 3 days starting Sunday to babysit, but I'll still get out to exercise when she's at work and the kid's are at school and I'll still make good food choices.
