I was on a family break in the Lake District my diet was not great wine or beer with meals, large portions but a good time had by all walking in the fresh air, trips on boats accross the Lake Windermere, quality time spent with the family.

the lager consumed yesterday was bad but I had went to watch the mighty newcastle beat sheff utd, I must stop associating (sp) football and beer.

I did, however, win the meat platter in the halftime draw at the pub. My £1 ticket won me 1 chicken, 4 pork chops, 2 steaks, 4 slices black pudding, 2 lamb joints, 16 slices of bacon and 16 lamb and herb sausages.

Cheers Shinsplint, I am about 186lbs as we stand so 10lbs off my 175lbs target.

I have gone from a "40 to a "34 pants and feel much better.
