gym- weight set 2, 10 mins @ 9kph tread, 2k row = 8:40, 10@5 x-train, 5 min warm up and down on the bike.

NO CRISPS.

S- apple, strawberries
D- water 2 pints, 1 cup coffee, 1 cup fruit tea.

Exercise, 1 hour bodypump and 10 mile cycle (work commute).

Took "N" to soccatots, walked in to Durham, then the park, "E" was on a girls night so we had a boys night in watched the match and then I put him to bed.

long walk about 7 miles with "N+E" and my mum and dad up to Wylam to Stephensons cottage the home of the inventor of the railway.

then 1 lager with a friend of mine "S" as he and "S" have just had a baby girl "S" to add to son "J".

big off day went to the NUFC 1-1 QPR match so had a 1 day blowout.
 
Geordie, looking at all your daily meals, I see you don't eat much for breakfast. Any particular reason? A good breakfast is pretty much gospel around this forum.

A lot of the time you just have toast for breakfast. What do you put on the toast? Something like peanut or almond butter would be good - give you some protein and fat that will keep you satisfied until lunch. Maybe throw in some eggs - good healthy protein source.

I know that if all I ate for breakfast was toast I'd be gnawing the furniture by lunchtime. But that's me.
 
it tends to be jam (jelly) I have lactose intollerance so that cuts out butter, cheese etc on toast.

Plus i need to be more organised and make lunches thnight before, i get up 7ish make lunches and breakfasts for "E", "N" and me and then help get "N" ready for the child minder and cycle to work 8ish. I think if I sorted lunches the night before I would have more time for breakfast.

I snack at about 10:30 most days on an apple or pear, this has been a big change for me and I am really struggling to cut out crisps (chips) due to the lactose issue I don't eat chocolate so crisps have always been a snack thing for me so cutting them out has been harder than i thought it would be.

Ran around with "N" at "daddys day" went to the football and "E" and I had a quiet night in.

total consumed 1330 calories and a lot of rubbish.
