Geordie's quest for health

I need to put calories on for everything, yesterday was a bad day, meetings all day threw everything off kilter and then took "N" to the doctors the poor chap has conjunctivitus, I will be up to about 1900/2000 tday which has been the norm over the last 6 months.

Did you see my acceptance speech on MPH?
 
I did - I even gave you rep for it.

I also noticed that my 'prizes' didn't attach properly. Oh, well, I'm not going to try to put them up again, since I already deleted the images form my drive.

Just for the record, though, I gave you an Incredible Hulk.

Tim got Thor, Tony got The Thing, and I gave myself Captain America. :)

Looking good man!!!

That bike ride to work is great when it warms up next spring I may have to give that a try it's only about 2 miles to work for me but hey 2 miles is 2 miles.

the bike ride takes about 25 mins each way, add 15 mins for a shower etc and I can be from home to desk in about 45 minutes in the morning.

If I was going to use the bus it takes 1hr door to door due to rush hour traffic and costs £15 p/week so about £60 p/month current exchange rate makes that about $80 p/month. So not only am I getting fit and saving time I have also saved about £720 p/year in bus fares ($960).
 
Good for you and saves money now whats not to like about that!!!!

The shower part is my only problem with it we do not have showers here at work :-( and I sweat like a pig...........
