Fleur At first the trampoline got my heart rate up a lot, as I was so unfit. I quite liked jumping on it twisting from side to side watching MTV. Now I do it on autopilot whilst I'm watching 60 minute makeover on telly. I almost forget I'm jumping actually. Saying that, I'm only just getting back into the habit again after a weeks break of no exercise. I know I need to step it up a bit now. And that's what I am going to do! Lily has FINALLY got into a nursery (in september- thanks to my wonderful angel of a health visitor writing to them all because she copies Charlies behaviour a lot), so I'll be able to join the gym then

fortyfour, I did tell myself that this would be a once off until after I have a tummy tuck, but the reality would be that when they came back they would seem even more horrific to me, and I would just get them done again. The filler she used (restylene) lasts 6-12 months. But that's not much use if there's no difference! .......Dieting is about common sense, if you use it, then you'll lose weight without counting calories

I lost 3.2 pounds this week

So I'm only 4 little pounds away from being a healthy bmi, whoop whoop!!!!! I also bought myself a dress, and guess what size it is, a small-medium! I really liked it but they only had that size. My bf said "that's tiny, it won't fit". But it did. It is very short especially at the back, and I felt so exposed. People were looking at me, and for once I thought they might be looking at me admiring my legs, rather than looking at me thinking "Ewwwww".
My waist has gone down by another 1/2 an inch as well, making it 31 3/4's

To celebrate being half way. There will be two more official comparison photos, and I can't wait to be sticking them up!
The first picture is me at about 14 stone 10 (206lbs, ), the second is at 13 stone 8 (190lbs), and the third is at 12 stone 6 (174lbs). I have tried to keep my head the same size, and my knees and shoulders in the same place so you can see my difference in width easily.
I went to a play day in the park with the kids today (a big field filled with marquees, play areas, glitter, screaming kids and crying adults). Walked all the way there and back, about 2.5 miles, plus loads of walking around. There is a little farm beside it, so we went there as well. I had a much needed 3 vodkas and cokes in the pub on the way home. Charlie has been having major meltdowns all day, my nerves are frazzled, and I am so glad my bf is the one giving the kids a bath and putting him to bed right now.

Apple and a plum
1 ham and tomato granary sandwich and half a roll.
5 mini nori crackers
two large handfuls of nacho's with cheese, dips and jalepenos
1 double vodka and orange, 1 vodka diet coke.
cadbury's creme egg ice cream
2 smallish boxes with raisins, cranberries, chocolate bits and nuts.
2 plums.
= 2300ish.
Exercise
Low estimate- 4 hours slow walking.
