Garn's weight loss diary

Shamefully back, but not in the same shape :( Should I start a new Diary or continue this one?
 
So yesterday was a good day. 30 minutes of intense elliptical and 15 minutes of stair climber.

Ate:
bowl of cheerios
cheese stick
orange
clif bar
grapefruit
brown rice
orange chicken
bowl of cereal.

So proud of you Garn buddy!!! :party:!!!...It's all mind over matter!! Glad you are back on the wagon!! :D!!!

will have grapefruit and cheese stick a little later and then dinner a little later.

Workout today was all weights and it kicked my butt.
 
Just wanted to pop in and say I found it! Hehe, and hi!

I also just wanted to welcome you back again. I know it was hard for me to come back here after all my success and then failure (by gaining 40 lbs back out of the 60 lbs I had lost). But, I'm glad I came back!
 
Finished of the day with 5 cheese ravioli, a pear with cottage cheese, broccoli, a granola bar, and a protein shake with fruit and flax seed.

Ready for a great day tomorrow.
 
Forgot to add that I am doing my measurements tonight and maybe a before pic...little intimidated to do the before pic.

Oooh, I hear ya there! I don't even think I HAVE a full body shot of me, lol. Should probably get one done and use it as motivation... Oh, scary...

I keep saying I'm going to do that too, but I chicken out every time..haha. I would think it would be great for motivation. I say go for it! I should also probably listen to my own advice..hahaha...oh well.
 
I am going to do it...the only questions now are: Shirt/No shirt...Pants/No pants...oh that didn't sound good on the last one but you know what I mean.
 
I did my before shots dressed and my in between ones also dressed... well actually my before shot once I am done will be my most ugliest picture ever... me in my graduation gown 165 pounds heavy and looking like 400! And my after shot, well if I manage to get that flat tummy then I will be bikini clad, if not... then dresed. I have this hope that my after shot could be a picture of me at my dance recital in june. Wishful thinking much, but well... I will try, I will try I will try!

So I say whicever way you think you will be most impressed by once you have lost the weight is the way you should do your before shot!

Well, I'm voting for No Pants! HAHAHA... No, seriously do whatever you're comfortable with. :)
 
I have my before shots in a sports bra and bikini bottom. That way when I'm slim and fit, I can completely tell the changes in my body!
 
Here is me before and where I want to get back to. I am about 25 pounds over the "hot" me.
