Garn's weight loss diary

Ooh, taking up yoga now? That's great, I hope you enjoy it. It's so relaxing and you feel amazing afterwards.

Haven't gotten the courage yet. I messed up my shoulder playing football Friday and Saturday. I should get it checked out, but I am concerned he won't want me to play anymore. When are we going to chat again?

ok, so I wussed out on the yoga class...but my boot camp class is kicking my butt. So I am hovering right around 210 right now. I want to make a short term goal and really work to it. Is 200 by Halloween too aggressive?

Excellent! Sorry your hurt your shoulder, but good show on the boot camp! No worries about being intimidated by Yoga--there's the rest of your life to get involved ;) Maybe you could try some at home on your own if a class turns you off....

Well start of another week. I am still losing and it is feeling good. Looking forward to my bootcamp class today.

Keep it up!

Hey Garn, just dropping in to see how you are doing and you seem to be well :) Congrats on the new low and hope your shoulder is feeling better...:hurray:

The shoulder hurts like hell, but I don't want to go to the dr., cause I don't want him to tell me to stop exercising.

Holy freaking crap, my boot camp class was a killer. Nice to have the workout out fo the way.

Hmmmmmmm....I hope your shoulder improves soon! You wouldn't want it to debilitate you for a long long time. Thanks for the support in my diary! :D

Just wanted to stop in and say congrats on the weight you have lost. 42 lbs is great, keep it up!!!!

Also, i agree with the shoulder pain. I have it too but dont want to go to the dr. If i rest it feels better but i just dont want to stop lifting.

Matt

Well folks, I am officially 45 lbs down!!!! I am have really been watching what I eat and still busting my A on the exercise. 200 lbs here I come!!!!!!!!

That's my final goal, too. I'm not going to kill myself to get there, but I think it will happen soon enough. I'm just at 200 now, so 15 pounds from goal isn't bad. You're roughly in the same place. Being 46 pounds lighter must make all the difference in those numbers that the docs care so much about. Cholesterol, HR, BP.
