Gaining weight

I'm a 6'2" 26year old male. I weigh 153 pounds on heavy days, and sometimes fall to 144 or so for a few days. My metabolism is extremely high and my appetite is extremely low, and working out only seems to lower my appetite further. Is there anything I can do to help this and gain weight? Any help would be appreciated.
 
exactly like me! I am 21 yr old, 6'1", 150lbs. Just sarted my mass gain phase after months of injury, and I have a high metabolism and find it hard to eat enough and get enough protein (being a vegetarian).

Im doing heavy weights twice a week and eatin much more than usual.

Ill keep you posted on my progress.
 
Thanks abear. I'm going to try the diet and training that was recommended in that link. I feel like I'm gonna puke though from eating so much. It makes me feel lazy to be this full.
 
give yourself time to get adjusted to eating more. just dont be in a rush. :)
