and remember, its mostly compound exercises, very little isolation. if you're still sore/aching by the next workout, wait a day, and you may need to lower volume a bit.
with 3x full body, the point is to barely exceed the threshhold for hypertrophy, but do it more often, rather than go way beyond the threshold, and only work the msucle once or twice a week.
from your age, height and weight, I think 3x a week full body starting with just 2 sets per bodypart, plus a warmup set, is a good starting routine for you. do a little cardio too, 30 mins 2-3 times a week is sufficient.
then just make sure your diet is cleaned up.
