I started my new full body workout yesterday and it took just under an hour to complete. Normally i do some SS cardio after my workouts for about 20-30 minutes. I didnt yesterday because i was afraid I might start burning muscle instead of fat. Is this a legitimate worry or should i still be safe to cardio.
Also, my next scheduled day to do my WO is on wednesday, but i have plans to play racquetball. Whats a safe way to do both racquetball and weight training in the same day without overtraining?
