Thanks LaMa! I don't even want to think of what I have done in the past calorie wise. Well more than 4,000 for sure. I'm just not equipped for a massive pig out anymore. Eating a mostly vegan bread free diet I just can't do a lot of bread, cheese, and meat which is what Thanksgiving dinner is at my parents.
290.8 this morning -42.4 this year, -13.4 pounds so far this month, -3 this week.
I have reached the 1 lb/week average for 2014.
58.4 pounds lost and 0.6 lb/week since my HW on 12/7/2012.
It's 40 weeks until my 40th birthday (137 weeks since HW). If I average 2/lb/week until then I will surpass 1lb/week for my entire weightloss journey. That includes large swaths of being MIA and regaining weight so that would be amazing. I'm not making it a goal, but it is something I will keep in mind. For that matter 2.3 lb/week and my 40th would be in onderland.
My 40th is just a big age milestone and this healthy body is a lifelong project.
So I am pleased to hit my 1lb/week goal and now on to the 280's, class 1 obesity (280), the 270's, and 10% lost from 304.2 (274).
