From 439 to 255 (And Still Shrinking)

Addie,

Thank you for that. It won't be too long. You're going strong, so just keep at it. You are very determined, and the results are following. I can't even explain in words how much life has changed, and it is an overwhelming thought, but it is an amazing feeling. :)

I just got to this thread, but, and besides saying 'awesome work' only word that can describe the amount of weight you've dropped is 'dayum!'

u r quiet an inspiration babez!!

I hafta ask ya sumfing...I started wid 120kilos and now am at 85kgs..so far lost 35kgs...but am all da tyme anxious dat I mite not be able to do it...it took me one full year to lose dat much...too much time taking...how to do it faster? and how to keep mahself motivated

Thanks, Big D!

OneLifeToLive,
Thank you! I can't really tell you how to lose any faster. I have lost at a fast rate, especially earlier on (the weight seemed to fall off at over 400 lbs), but that has slowed some to a more healthy rate now. It is not a race. It can take years to put weight on, and we have to be patient while taking it off. Just know that every small step and any progress only makes us healthier and fitter. And celebrate your progress! 35 kg lost in 1 year is great work! I think that we are all capable of reaching our goals, and the motivation comes from within. Believe in yourself and keep at it! You can do it!

You are amazing! Keep up the great work!

You should be a poster girl for motivation/inspiration! Unbelievable!

Way to go!

Thank you, Flumes, for the kind words.

My loss has stalled these past few weeks, but I look forward to posting update pics soon when I reach the 100's. A few lbs away from onederland!!

Can't wait for the new pics! You've made tremendous progress and are getting very close to completing a wonderful transformation. :)

Congratulations, Ange! You look great, and every day you work toward your goal is your goal, in a sense. Enjoy the ride! Peace!

Thanks all for the comments. I didn't really do anything to celebrate getting into the 100's, so have finally decided to get away and go on a shopping spree coming up this weekend! Can't wait!

Unbelievable if I hadnt seen it with my own eyes!

Truly inspiring. Makes my goal of a few pounds look almost silly compared to how far youve gotten!

A very big congratulations! You are a great motivation!

Thanks
