ok well with jogging hills on monday followed by spinning yesterday I was SORE yesterday. I stretched last night before bed and surprisingly I am not as bad as I was yesterday when I expected to be WAY worse, like hobbled worse. So that's a big positive. I am giving myself a gold star because wednesdays are the workouts I most commonly miss because I will do good mon/tue and then wed I will feel sore and think hmmm I need a rest day and choose the extra 1.5 sleep over a workout.
sooooo I am up @ 4:30-check
breakfast and lunch ready-check (though I do need to throw some extra fruit in my bag)
I will plan to walk on treadmill today and then if things loosen up and I feel like jogging I will. The hint of a shin splin I have been battling seems to have left me for the time being as well. I am hoping to get to the running store for a new pair of shoes this week, so far the weather is not cooperating and I dont think today is a possibilty but maybe tomorrow.
oh and mr.nice scale says 162.0 and I have been working out, drinking tons water, and eating plenty so I dont think thats a ton of water or muscle mass going out the window.
