Ok so I have another reason to stay on track, I want to get family photos done soon, I have a good coupon that expires in March so I am thinking then, will be first family photos since DD birth I *might* like.
Did 20 minutes SUPER hard at gym on elliptical, I am sore from the super cardio day yesterday so did just arms. Couldnt stand to stay at gym too long today, not sure if its from cutting cals too low or because it was afternoon ( I am definately a morning workout gal and on an empty stomach preferrably). I had alot to do at home as well, I like keeping sudnays as rest day (well if I werent slacking thur/fri).
Kept calories pretty low today, had a bit more sugar but all natural in form grapes, prunes (yes I love these LOL), and 2 slices of an orange, I did not spark but truly very low, around 1100-1200 max and that was with a sizable dinner. Daytime consisted of fake crab meat, 3 egg whites the above mentioned fruit and 1/4 cup of a cous cous salad nothing processed again---go me. Tomorrow back to normal plan.
Expecting to see good on teh scales tomorrow too, may even eek out 0.5lb loss this week---depending on TOM.
