Thanks so much for the support. I have been a little down and out and eating everything in sight the last 2 days, so this is just what I needed to hear today.
Ok here goes even though it's been a bad day I am going to start tracking
my food daily along with my excersice.
Bfast: about 15 butter cookies
2 cups coffe
snack:BEC toaster thingy
Lunch: Subway Italian BMT
Sun Chips
Med Diet Pepsi
No walking yet but I am trying to convince myself to get out there!!
I haven't weighed cause I was in a funk and didn't want to face the scale today but I will give an update (good or bad) tomorrow.

But that's ok nothing I didn't expect. Part of yesterday's problem was not being prepared, so I made sure to bring plenty of my good foods today. So far so good!




, I tried to get out and walk at lunch but it is just too windy & cold. Will try tonight after I get home with some warmer clothes on
