Hi everyone 
I'm back, maybe you remember me from last year. Probably not. Well I haven't lost any weight since then. On a positive note, I haven't gained any weight either
i think my problem was that i was too strict with myself. Which turned weight loss into an "all or nothing" thing. I tend to be a late-night-eat-until-you're-stuffed-then-fall-asleep-from-the-itis eater. So I'm challenging myself to stop eating so late.
So the concept of this personal challenge is pretty simple. No meals past 8pm. Which is way past sundown, but hey, the title was catchy. And it's very do-able.
I'm trying to lose 20 pounds.
ETA: Rewards: Hair stuff, nail stuff, clothes, shoes. You know, typical girly things. One thing per 5 pounds lost.
