FORK DOWN by SUNDOWN ?

Congrats on the new position!! That's fabulous!!!

I hope you celebrated and gave yourself a giant pat on the back!!

Great work!

Sunshyne, where have you gone???

I'm sure if you haven't been getting in more calories than you think that you are just retaining fluid for whatever reason. You'll probably find you'll lose a couple pounds in a day or two- happens to me randomly too.

We can do this lady!!

Hey Sunshyne,

How's it going? I was hoping to see more posts since I've been gone. Accountability is the key so try posting more! Have a great weekend and hope you are doing well.

Wow so it's been close to a year since this thread started and sadly I haven't reached my goal :( I weighed in at 156.6 this morning. Although I'm "backed up" (I know, TMI but hey this is my blog I gotta share the good and bad!) so I probably weigh less. I'm back at it again, not giving up. I find posting on this forum daily helps to keep me somewhat motivated so I might as well return. I'm going to update at least once a week (probably way more often) with my progress.

CW: 156.6

GW1: 149

GW2: 143 (my highest high school weight)

GW3: 133 (My lowest high school weight)

UGW: 129 (officially in the 120's!)

Total to lose: 28lbs

Method to lose: Eating healthy. Drinking lots of green tea and water.

I don't really have a diet plan (I love to eat a variety of foods) but I know exactly what my problem is: I over eat, and I eat late at night. The problem with overeating is obvious: I'm taking in more calories than my body needs so it's storing it, and consequently I gain. The problem with eating late at night is that I can't work of the extra calories in my sleep. So basically I kind of sabotage myself when I do these things. But I think if I can kick these two habits, I can at least get myself into the 140's again. That would be awesome.

Welcome back, quite a few of us here can relate to the down again, up again weight over the past year. Hope we can all help provide a little extra motivation to each other and stick with it.

Thanks so much for the welcomes!! Lucy I see you're very close to the 130's! Congrats!!

Today I weighed in @ 155lbs. Not bad. Dad's making a nice turkey dinner so I'm looking forward to that tonight. In the mean time I'll be at the library all day working on some stuff for school.

Ahh I WAS in the 130s just before Christmas, eaten terribly since then!!! Trying my hardest to be good up until I go on holidays. I'll get there (and beyond!!) again!! Yay our goal weights are pretty much the same too!! Stick around this time, we can get there

Yes we will! Omg you were in the 130's well great job I'm sure you will get there again very soon! In the mean time I'm trying to get to where you are now aha.

Yea I feel awful that I let myself regain a few pounds after so much hard work!! I'll get there again though (hopefully in a few weeks!!)

Oh plz you will be there in NO time! You made it before so it's easier for your body to get there again. LOL I don't know how true that is but it makes sense hehe

Today I joined myfitnesspal. It's definitely interesting to enter in all the foods I eat because it makes me more aware of what I'm putting into my body.

TOM is coming up soon but can't use that as an excuse for crazy eating...my willpower will be tested over the next week...

Hey it's going well :) I've started the 30 day shred on feb 4th and lost an inch off my waist so far. Overall I feel more fit and healthy. I haven't lost a significant about of weight yet.
